The restaurant

By choosing the best from the cornucopia of delicious joys that the territory offers, the dishes of our restaurant are a refined tribute to the contemporary style of cooking.

In the little courtyard, situated at the back of the hotel, surrounded by our beautiful garden, you’ll find the Villa San Michele restaurant and even if it’s mostly dedicated to the guests of the hotel, it is also opened to the external visitors. It was conceived to provide the best accommodation to a maximum of 40 people, in order to offer the best service possible while keeping it an exclusive and relaxing space, where we can delight our diners during the hot summer evenings far from the city

With the rich à la carte menu, every evening you can be delighted by the proposals of our chef Saverio Guardato, that after years of experiences in national and international territory will be able to satisfy all your requests with a modern cusine that doesn’t ignore the details but respects all the criteria of Tuscany tradition.

The chef

After completing his studies at the Gambero Rosso, chef Giulio Del Soldato has worked many years in high level restaurants and hotels abroad. Today he provides every dish his international experiences, for a menu that is all but predictable.

The restaurant manager

Pasquale Mazzola has been working in the hospitality for more than 20 years, collecting prominent experiences throughout Italy and he’s been part of Villa Marta’s management for many years, the other hotel of our group.
At Villa San Michele he deals with supervising and managing every aspect of the restaurant, so that any guest can leave satisfied.

Covid-19 Protocol

Safety, attention and carefulness towards our guests are the main objectives for us. We follow scrupulously all the guidelines of the ministry of health: our staff always wear face masks, keeps and guarantee distance; moreover all the spaces are sanitized with gel and chlorine-based products.
